We are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Hospice Palliative Care for a full-time position in Burlington, North Carolina.
Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients, ensuring comfort and quality of life.
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support families.
Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
