Job Description
Seeking a dedicated RN for a Home Health position in Kaneohe, Hawaii. This temporary role offers a 13-week contract with a possibility of extension, providing an excellent opportunity to deliver quality patient care in a home setting.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and education.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
Must possess valid RN license and relevant home health care experience. Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills required.
