Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for a Home Health position in Alton, Illinois. This temporary role offers a 24-week contract, providing an excellent opportunity to deliver patient-centered care in a home setting.

  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, assessing health status, developing care plans, and administering treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress, educate patients and families on health management, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.
