We are seeking a dedicated RN with dialysis experience for a temporary 12-week contract in Virginia Beach, VA.
Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments, ensuring safety and comfort.
Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and any adverse events.
Adhere to all safety protocols and healthcare regulations to ensure quality patient care.
