Job Description
Seeking a travel RN Med Surg / Telemetry in Claremont, NH for a 13-week assignment starting 09/15/2025.
Work 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide care to adult patients with acute or post-surgical needs, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care, respond to emergencies, and document patient information accurately.
Qualifications include an active RN license, ADN or BSN, BLS, ACLS, and telemetry experience or training.
Ideal candidates may include experienced or new grads with strong clinical skills.
This role emphasizes patient safety, education, and advocacy in a fast-paced environment.
