Seeking a travel RN for Med Surg in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP.
Work 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, including assessments, medication administration, and post-operative care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Accurately document care activities, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols; mentor junior staff if needed.
