Job Description
Seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week home health position in Johnson City, NY, starting 08/04/2025.
Provide PT services in patients’ homes to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Assess, develop treatment plans, maintain records, and educate patients.
Require at least 1 year of home health experience, relevant degree, BLS certification, and current license.
