Job Description
Seeking a travel RN for a 8-week assignment in Greensboro, NC, in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Start date: 08/19/2025, 36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts.
Provide intermediate care for patients post-surgery or with complex conditions, monitoring vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and administering treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, educate patients, and document care accurately.
Respond to emergencies, follow infection control protocols, and ensure safety.
Support team efforts, mentor less experienced staff, and participate in quality improvement activities.
The role emphasizes critical thinking, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
