Seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona, starting 07/31/2025.
Position: Physical Therapist, Therapy discipline, Outpatient setting, 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, travel employment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools, active state license, BLS certification.
