Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Step-Down Unit, caring for patients transitioning from ICU who need close monitoring but not intensive care.

  • Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes promptly.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge procedures.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

    • Work involves supporting patients requiring intermediate-level care, demanding clinical judgment, adaptability, and effective communication.
