Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for a Surgical ICU Stepdown position in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on a temporary contract basis.

  • Provide specialized nursing care to surgical patients transitioning from ICU to less intensive units.

  • Monitor patient vital signs, manage IVs, and administer medications as prescribed.

  • Assess patient conditions, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery.

  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.

  • Ideal candidates will have ICU experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
