Job Description
Seeking a travel RN for Med Surg / Telemetry in Omaha, NE, starting 09/01/2025 for 13 weeks, 48 hours/week, night 12-hour shifts.
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
Monitor vital signs and heart rhythms via telemetry, interpret data, and respond to irregularities.
Perform post-surgical wound care, manage drains, and prevent complications.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and assist in emergency responses like CPR and ACLS.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure infection control, and promote patient safety.
Engage in quality improvement and ongoing education to stay current with nursing practices.
