Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry in Barre, Vermont for a 4-week assignment starting 07/17/2025, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiovascular, respiratory, post-op, or acute conditions, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, manage wounds, and support post-surgical recovery.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and respond promptly to emergencies with interventions like CPR and ACLS.
Accurately document patient information, ensure infection control, and promote safety.
Contribute to quality improvement, stay current with nursing practices, and attend ongoing education.
