Seeking a travel RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Ithaca, NY, starting 08/11/2025, working 40 hours/week on day shifts.

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, including assessments, education, and care coordination.

Perform patient evaluations, assist with diagnostics, administer medications, and support chronic condition management.

Educate patients on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care, offering emotional support.

Assist with procedures, manage medical equipment, and ensure safety and infection control.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans, schedule follow-ups, and ensure seamless care transitions.

Promote health screenings, manage chronic diseases, and support patient self-management.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation, handle administrative tasks, and support clinic operations.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with clinical practices.
