Seeking a travel RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Rockford, Illinois, starting 08/18/2025. The role involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting, focusing on medical and surgical recovery.
Work 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Assess patients physically, emotionally, and psychologically, developing individualized care plans.
Administer treatments, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and provide pre/post-operative care.
Collaborate with healthcare team, communicate with patients/families, and educate on conditions and discharge plans.
Accurately document care, follow safety protocols, and respond to emergencies.
Mentor staff and support clinical decision-making as needed. The pay includes a tax-free stipend, with specifics to be confirmed.
