Travel Nurse RN – Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care – $2,221 per week

Job Description

Seeking a travel RN for Long Term Care in Montpelier, Vermont, starting 08/04/2025 for 4 weeks. The position involves 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts at CVMC WDR – Evergreen Place.

As an LTC RN, you’ll provide ongoing care to residents with chronic illnesses, manage care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and supporting residents and families.

Requirements include an active RN license (compact preferred), BLS certification, and ideally 1+ year LTC experience. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
