Seeking a travel RN for Labor and Delivery in Plattsburgh, NY, starting 07/28/2025 for 6 weeks, working 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours/week.

Provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies.

Assess patients pre-labor, monitor fetal and maternal health, and support pain management.

Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean sections, and neonatal resuscitation.

Care for mothers and newborns postpartum, including breastfeeding support and education.

Document all care accurately, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and follow infection control protocols.

Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies, manage high-risk conditions, and ensure patient safety.

Advocate for patient preferences, provide education, and support informed decision-making throughout the childbirth process.
