Travel Nurse RN – Labor and Delivery – $2,181 per week
Job Description
Seeking a travel RN for Labor and Delivery in Sanford, NC, for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM â 7:00 AM).
Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring mothers and babies during labor, administering medications, supporting patients and families, collaborating with healthcare staff, operating fetal monitoring equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications required are an active RN license in North Carolina, at least 2 years of recent L&D experience, current BLS and NRP certifications (ACLS preferred), strong clinical skills, and adaptability.
Travel arrangements may be supported, and candidates should be flexible for short-term assignments. The role demands clinical expertise, quick decision-making, compassion, and effective communication in a dynamic environment.
