Seeking a travel ICU RN for a 12-week assignment in Camden, NJ, starting 08/18/2025. The position involves 36-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), weekends only. The facility has four specialized ICUs: Neuro, Trauma, Cardiovascular Surgery, and Cardiac Care, with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of critical care experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center, with CRRT and EVD experience; IABP and Impella are preferred. The role requires floating across units, providing high-quality critical care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Orientation includes 3 days of classroom training. The position offers a pay package based on 12-hour shifts, with a tax-free stipend, and allows cancellation of one shift bi-weekly without penalty. Candidates must be prepared to work weekends as scheduled.
