Travel Nurse RN – ED – Emergency Department – $2,896 per week

Job Description

Seeking a travel RN for the ED in Utica, NY, for a 13-week assignment with 36-hour night shifts (12 hours).

Requirements include 2+ years ED experience (including PEDS), recent charge/manager RN references, valid NY license, and active ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications. EMR experience with EPIC is required. Local candidates (less than 75 miles) are welcome, with a preference for those comfortable floating and with charge capability.

Unit specifics: 64 beds (triage, acute, trauma, psych), treating patients with stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, and resp failure. Equipment used includes Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun. Shifts are from 6:30 PM to 7 AM, with no guaranteed block scheduling. Scrub color is navy blue. RTO must be included at submission.
