Job Description
Seeking a travel RN Director of Nursing in Fresno, CA, starting 08/18/2025 for 13 weeks, working 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week.
Lead daily operations, strategic planning, and clinical services of a high-volume Emergency Department, overseeing a 156-bed Level I Trauma Center.
Manage staff, foster a collaborative team culture, and serve as liaison with EMS, trauma, physicians, and community partners.
Ensure budget compliance, resource utilization, and performance improvement.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience, 5+ years in Emergency Services, 2+ years management, and CA RN license.
Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center and Medical Education is preferred.
