Job Description
This travel nurse RN Clinical Document Improvement Specialist role in Pomona, California, starts on 08/12/2025 for 13 weeks, 40 hours/week on night shifts.
Requires CA RN license, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, minimum 3 years RN experience, and 1 year CDS experience.
Preferred certifications include CCDS or CCS.
Experience with PowerChart (Cerner), 3M 360, Midas, DRG methodologies, handling denials, trauma, NICU, obstetrics, HCC, risk adjustment, and PSI/HAC is advantageous.
Requires strong clinical documentation skills in various specialties.
