Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Case Management for a 12-week assignment in Sonora, California, starting on 08/18/2025.
Work 40 hours weekly, 8-hour day shifts, with travel employment benefits.
Provide home care services, assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with care teams.
Must hold an RN license in practice, CPR/BLS certification, and have reliable transportation.
