Seeking a dedicated RN with psychiatric specialization for a 13-week temporary contract in Mansfield Center, Connecticut.
Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in a facility setting.
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and manage crises effectively.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
