Seeking a skilled RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a temporary contract in Salinas, California.
Provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Assess patient conditions, monitor fetal heart rates, and assist with birthing procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and emotional support throughout the childbirth process.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
