Responsibilities
MedSurg RNs deliver bedside care to diverse patients, performing individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
They prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
Their duties include administering and documenting medications, initiating actions for adverse symptoms, changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
The shifts are 4×12 nights, emphasizing comprehensive patient care in a dynamic environment.
