Responsibilities

MedSurg RNs deliver bedside care to diverse patients, performing individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans. They prepare equipment and assist physicians during exams and treatments. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications
• Initiating alternative actions when adverse symptoms occur
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as needed

Shift: 4×12 nights
