Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting 08/25/2025 in Fayetteville, NC.
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a MedSurg unit with telemetry monitoring.
Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs and heart rhythms, and interpret telemetry data.
Administer medications, manage wounds, and support post-surgical recovery.
Educate patients and families on disease management, discharge instructions, and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and respond to emergencies with ACLS or CPR.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control protocols.
Engage in quality improvement, continuing education, and stay current with nursing practices.
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 48 hours/week. Pay includes a tax-free stipend.
