Seeking a travel RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Clarksville, Tennessee, starting ASAP.
Work 36 hours weekly on 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and post-operative support.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure safety.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Document care accurately, follow infection control protocols, and respond promptly to emergencies.
Assist in mentoring new staff or students as needed.
