Seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

Job Summary:
– The RN assumes responsibility for a group of patients, providing care using the nursing process, technology, and resources within the healthcare facility’s philosophy.

Job Responsibilities:
– Performs duties specific to the unit’s scope of service.
– Implements procedures and maintains accurate documentation.
– Conducts initial patient assessments and develops care plans based on patient and family needs.
– Implements and modifies care plans, ensuring safety and communication.
– Offers feedback, collaborates with colleagues, and pursues professional development.
– Fulfills departmental competency requirements.

Pay is based on 10-hour shifts with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
