Seeking a travel RN for a Med Surg position in Charleston, SC, starting 08/11/2025 for 13 weeks, working 36 hours weekly on 12-hour night shifts.
The RN provides direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, assessing patients, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with ADLs.
Collaborates with healthcare teams, communicates with patients and families, and educates on conditions and discharge plans.
Accurately documents care, follows safety and infection control protocols, and responds to emergencies.
May mentor new staff and serve as a resource.
