Seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry in Cleveland, Ohio for an 18-week assignment starting 08/18/2025, with 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor vital signs and heart rhythms, and perform patient assessments.
Administer medications, manage wound and post-surgical care, and educate patients and families on health management.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and respond to emergencies with life-saving interventions.
Accurately document patient information, follow infection control protocols, and ensure safety.
Engage in quality improvement, stay updated on nursing practices, and pursue continuing education.
The role involves delivering safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing monitoring, assessment, collaboration, and emergency response.
