Seeking a travel RN Med Surg/Telemetry in Cleveland, Ohio for a 13-week assignment starting 08/01/2025, 36 hours/week, night shifts.
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a MedSurg unit with telemetry monitoring, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, manage post-surgical wounds, and ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in emergency responses, and document patient care accurately.
Follow infection control protocols, promote quality improvement, and stay current with nursing practices.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication management, cardiac monitoring, wound care, education, emergency response, and safety assurance.
