Job Description
Seeking a travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Greensboro, NC, starting 08/19/2025 for 13 weeks, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, vital signs, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and assist with emergency responses like ACLS and CPR.
Maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control protocols, and ensure patient safety.
Support quality improvement initiatives and stay current with nursing practices through continuing education.
This role involves monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing post-surgical patients, and providing holistic care to promote recovery and safety.
