Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Lansing, MI, starting 08/05/2025, with 24 hours/week on day shifts.
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessments, vital signs, and telemetry monitoring.
Administer medications, manage wounds, and support post-surgical recovery.
Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and respond to emergencies with CPR or ACLS as needed.
Educate patients and families on disease management, discharge plans, and safety precautions.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and adjust care plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control protocols, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
The role involves ensuring patient safety, providing holistic care, and responding promptly to urgent situations.
