Travel Med/Surg RN (Adult, Ortho & Pediatric) – $2,056 per week

Job Description

A travel RN Med Surg position in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, starting 08/11/2025 for 13 weeks, 36 hours/week, 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering patient-centered care for medical and post-op patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

The role requires operating medical equipment, performing procedures, promoting patient safety, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications include an active RN license, ADN or BSN, and BLS certification.

Compensation is based on 12-hour shifts with a tax-free stipend.
