Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Omaha, Nebraska, starting 08/18/2025. The position involves working 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours weekly.
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, assessing and developing individualized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and support pre- and post-operative care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, communicate effectively with patients and families, and educate on treatment and discharge plans.
Accurately document patient information, adhere to safety and infection control protocols, and respond to emergencies.
Mentor new staff or students as needed, serving as a clinical resource.
