Seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery in Salinas, CA for 13 weeks starting 08/25/2025, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour day shifts.
The RN provides comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies.
Responsibilities include assessments, monitoring fetal and maternal health, administering medications, assisting with deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and postpartum support.
Collaborates with healthcare teams, documents care accurately, and ensures infection control and safety protocols.
Recognizes and responds to obstetric emergencies, managing complications like fetal distress and hemorrhage.
Provides patient education, advocates for patient preferences, and supports informed decision-making.
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
