Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery in San Antonio, TX for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP, working 12-hour night shifts and 36 hours/week.
Provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies.
Assess patients, monitor fetal and maternal health, and educate on labor and delivery processes.
Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean, and perform neonatal resuscitation.
Support postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
Document care, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure infection control and safety.
Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies and complications.
Advocate for patients, provide education, and support informed decision-making.
