Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Decatur, Illinois, starting 08/18/2025.
Work 48 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, including assessments, monitoring fetal and maternal health, administering medications, and assisting with deliveries.
Support patients emotionally and educate on childbirth and postpartum care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, document all care accurately, and ensure infection control and safety protocols.
Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies, manage high-risk pregnancies, and advocate for patient preferences.
This role requires skilled management of routine and high-risk pregnancies, with an emphasis on safety and compassionate care.
