Job Description

Seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 7-week assignment in West Chester, PA, starting 08/20/2025, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.

  • Provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, including assessments, monitoring fetal and maternal well-being, and assisting with deliveries.
  • Support patients through labor, manage medications, and assist with procedures like amniotomy and cesarean sections.
  • Ensure postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, and patient education.
  • Document all care accurately, collaborate with healthcare team, and communicate effectively with patients.
  • Follow infection control protocols and respond to obstetric emergencies such as fetal distress or hemorrhage.
  • Advocate for patient needs, provide education, and ensure safe, compassionate care throughout the labor process.
