Job Description
Seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist in Lebanon, PA for a 13-week assignment starting 07/28/2025, working 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm, with weekend rotations.
Minimum 1 year of experience required and PA or multi-state license in-hand.
Open to 4x10s shifts and caring for COVID patients.
EPIC charting experience preferred; certifications in AHA or ARC required.
Schedule includes every 6th weekend rotation.
