A travel Home Health Physical Therapist position in Chelsea, MA, starting ASAP for a 13-week assignment.
40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, with guaranteed 32 hours
Setting: Home Health across Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop, East Boston, Everett, Malden, Peabody
Experience in Home Health required; new grads considered
Documentation due within 24 hours; EMR system: Matrix
