Job Description

This travel RN ED position in Muncie, Indiana, starts on 08/26/2025 for 13 weeks, working 48 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

  • Unit has 48 beds, expandable to 62, with patient ratios of 1:4 for regular ED, 4:1 for progressive holds, and 5:1 for medical holds, averaging 6.6 behavioral health patients daily.
  • Requires ACLS, BCLS, PALS, and at least level 2 trauma experience. Skills include dysrhythmia management, IV placement, procedural sedation, ventilated patient care, and isolation precautions.
  • Ideal candidates have emergency department experience with adult and pediatric patients.
