Seeking a travel RN for the Emergency Department in Largo, Maryland, starting 08/25/2025 for 19 weeks, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide urgent care by assessing, triaging, and treating ER patients.
Administer medications, perform wound care, and execute emergency interventions like CPR and ACLS.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team, support diagnostic testing, and document patient care accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering emotional support and education.
Follow infection control protocols, ensure safety, and manage crisis situations efficiently.
Guide patient discharge and follow-up instructions, promote preventive care.
Work within a team, mentor new staff, and support a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
The role involves critical thinking, quick decision-making, and delivering quality emergency care.
