Seeking a travel RN for a CVOR position in Largo, Maryland, starting 08/25/2025 for 13 weeks. The role involves providing specialized perioperative cardiovascular care in the operating room, collaborating with surgical teams.
Responsibilities include preoperative patient assessment, intraoperative assistance, monitoring, documentation, postoperative care, and patient education.
Must assist with sterile setup, manage vital signs, administer medications, respond to emergencies, and ensure equipment sterilization.
Requires effective communication, patient advocacy, and adherence to infection control standards.
Emphasis on crisis management, equipment troubleshooting, and professional development through ongoing education.
Work schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week. Pay includes a tax-free stipend, with details to be confirmed.
