Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in CVICU for a 13-week assignment in Greensboro, NC, starting 08/19/2025. The role involves providing specialized critical care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including post-surgery and emergency cases.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to rapid changes.
Administer complex medications, manage invasive devices, and deliver life-saving interventions.
Provide post-operative care, manage ventilators, and address complications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with patients’ families.
Educate patients on recovery, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
Accurately document care and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Respond effectively to cardiovascular emergencies using advanced equipment.
Mentor new staff and participate in ongoing professional development.
The shift is 12-hour nights, 36 hours/week, with a competitive pay package.
