Job Description
The Transition to Nursing Practice (TNP) Program is a nationally accredited, 12-month nurse residency for newly licensed RNs, focused on transitioning from student to professional nurse. The program, offered five times a year, combines classroom learning, support, and precepted shifts to develop competent pediatric nurses.
Responsibilities include providing inpatient pediatric care across all ages and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for family-centered care.
To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, graduate by May 2025, and obtain an RN license by late July 2025.
