Job Description
The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team by building personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death.
Utilizes evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey.
Accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in accordance with policies and procedures.
Works across all facilities within a designated market, including specialties such as Surgical Services, Operating Room, Pre-Op/Phase II, and PACU.
Qualifications include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), current RN licensure, minimum two years of relevant experience, and certifications.
Skills required include effective communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, patient-centered care, confidentiality, and knowledge of professional standards.
Responsibilities focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences, fostering teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in care quality.
