Job Description
This RN Telemetry Supervisor position is a leadership role that involves clinical supervision during shifts, including coordinating patient care, managing admissions, discharges, and transfers, and assisting with staffing for upcoming shifts.
Offers a 36-hour workweek with 12-hour shifts on an ongoing basis, with potential eligibility for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include serving as a unit patient flow coordinator, providing mentorship and role modeling for staff, and participating in staff evaluations and performance reviews.
Completes required competencies within the designated introductory period and performs additional related duties as needed.
